BMO MASTERCARD, DOWNRIGHT LOUSY SERVICE

Sometimes you have to speak to a real person. Every time I've called with that intention I'm told the wait time will be between 20 - 40 minutes. This morning I waited at least 20 minutes and tonight it's 40 minutes and I've just hung up.

The point is, is this "excellent service" that a company can be proud of? Is this "good service" that a company can seek to improve? Is this only "barely acceptable service" that a company should be ashamed of? Is this "lousy service" leading one to believe the company doesn't give a damn? Considering how much interest is earned for BMO Mastercard, I suggest we should all consider alternative companies, "cus it cant get any worse"!!!!!!!
